The ABC’s of Universal Design for Learning

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a research-informed framework that can be used to guide the design of learning environments to remove barriers to accessibility for all learners. In this session we will explore concepts and principles associated with UDL and discuss how these relate to participants’ specific teaching situations. Participants will have the opportunity to review their syllabi, slides, handouts, and other materials and redesign these as per good Universal Design for Learning (UDL) practice.
